TextNicely is an AI keyboard assistant that suggests replies based on the text you provide. The app offers tone presets and reply suggestions to help you respond quickly.

User accounts and responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and device.
• Do not share your account credentials or misuse the service.

Subscription and billing

Paid features are billed through Google Play or the App Store (when available). Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by the platform's policies.

AI-generated content

Replies are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or appropriate. They are not professional advice. Use your judgment before sending.

Prohibited uses

• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threatening behavior.
• Illegal activity, fraud, or violation of applicable laws.
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Reverse engineering, abusing, or disrupting the service.

Intellectual property

TextNicely, its content, and branding are owned by Paddly Pte. Ltd. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paddly Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TextNicely.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using TextNicely at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
