TextNicely is built by Paddly Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") with privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.

Data we collect and why

Email address — account creation, sign-in, and communication.
Messages — sent to our AI providers to generate replies. Messages are processed ephemerally and not stored after processing.
Purchase history — subscription management via RevenueCat.
Device ID — fraud prevention and subscription validation via RevenueCat.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We only share data with trusted processors to deliver the service.

Third-party services we use

Supabase (authentication & database) — hosted in Singapore.
RevenueCat (subscription management) — for handling purchases and entitlements.
OpenAI (AI processing) — for generating replies. Data is not used for training.

Data retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Messages are processed ephemerally and not stored.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Contact hello@paddly.io.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the TextNicely app (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing hello@paddly.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

TextNicely is built to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
