Account deletion
You are in control of your data. Delete your TextNicely account in-app or request deletion via email. We process requests within 30 days.
How to delete
- In-app: Settings → Delete Account
- Email: hello@paddly.io with subject "Account Deletion Request"
What gets deleted
- Account and profile
- Email address and linked identity
- Usage history associated with your account
Timeline: deletion completed within 30 days.
